    A returnee describes their work in Nepali, Romanized Nepali or English. We normalize it into standard occupation, skill and tool tags.

    Evidence, in tiers

    Self-declared, document, reference, skill-test, or platform work history. Never one meaningless verified tick — trust is earned in steps.

    Explainable matching

    Employers get a ranked shortlist where every score breaks down into skills, distance, wage, availability and proof. No black box.

Demonstration data notice

All worker and employer records are synthetic. Volume proportions across the six occupations are modelled on FY2023/24 FEIMS tables and the 11.3% female share matches FY2024/25 DoFE permits — but the people are not real.

We deliberately do not use the 14.3% returnee-unemployment figure — it is from NLFS 2017/18 and too old to present as current.
